First class Service
I recently came in for an oil change and I must say there customer service is first class. I was greeted immediately and within 5 minutes I had met the service writer, the service manager said hello and the VIP representative showed me the latest incentives on the new cars. They had free coffee and water as well as a first class deli sandwich bar. I was able to catch up on a few calls, see the latest new deals from the VIP department, have some great coffee and a freshly baked muffin, and within no time at all they were calling me for completion and departure, plus my car was washed and vacuumed out... wow now that service all with in 35 minutes! Thanks Universal - Bill ... a proud owner of a 2015 Nissan Altima

Service Department Needs be Renamed...TO NO SERVICE
Universal Nissan does not know the meaning or service or following through on promises. DO NOT trust a thing they say and think twice about buying a car from this dealership especially if you ever will need the car to be serviced. 3 times we have tried to make an appointment and always after navigating a very UNFRIENDLY appointment system the wait time is over 1 week. Have messengered the person who pops up on site asking if they can help explain the problem. This person says they will have service department contact us, this person confirms contact information, and still no response within 5 days. At one point when messenger was explaining they have "Excellent customer service".. I said watch what you say it is FALSE ADVERTISING. Change Brands to something you can get serviced or Change dealerships. What good is a warranty when you have to go outside and pay to get a problem taken care of.

Universal Nissan - Car Repair Review from Williamsburg, Florida
I came to Universal Nissan due to a car problem. I was directed to DenisHoulihan, whom was very rude & terrible customer service, I explained my personal situation to him, explaining that, I had no ride back to my hotel, & that i needed him to call me the next day in order for me to know when was the right time to get to the dealer and how to get to it. I had to wait 8-9 hours just for someone to take me, & The day I was supposed to pick my car up, I received No calls from anyone. I called multiple times asking for Denis but he wouldn't report himself to me, and also claimed he was busy. I spent 4 hours waiting for his call until I left a message with the receptionist due to the fact I had a 30 minute limit left in my hotel room & she was the one to inform me about my car.

I called in to all Nissan dealers around our area asking for the Versa.
I called in to all Nissan dealers around our area. I was asking for the Nissan Versa (Basic Model). All the dealerships told me ob the phone that they did not have any. Universal NIssan said that they have one. We went to that location and upon arriving Reza was accompanied by this supervisor who was trying to tell us that the one they had been in an accident and had a dent. So I asked the guy why they had lied to us claiming that they had the car we wanted when they did not have any. I asked him why he lied to us. He got defensive and just left us on the floor saying that they had used cars in stock and call them if we needed help. What a bunch of liars. I will make sure that no one among my friends or relatives ever buy anything from them. I will also make sure that i have a copy of this complaint in any website or blog for Nissan. They just wasted our time for nothing.

Nissan Quest What happened to it?
What happened to Nissan the Quest now it is so poorly made not only is the interior plastics falling apart the timing chain on the engine is now failing it is a 2004 and after owning Nissans for the past 15 yrs. I will no longer purchase another one. The Service rep at my local dealer claims that this is a normal expected service on this vehicle. He said when vehicle gets older this is to be expected. I told him if I knew I was going to have an expected $1500 problem on a 6 year old vehicle I never would have purchased it. Many complaints on the web including Nissan 3.5 engines between 04-07. The timing chain tensioners are plastic and will wear down and cause timing chain failure. So if you nissan whines be prepard for heavy cost to repair and by the way Nissan decided instead of recalling these vehicle they decided to make a second generation chain to replace the original. So this is why my next mini van will be Ford or Chevy because Nissan has become very unreliable it is to bad they make good looking vehicle but looks are not everything!
